Congratulations to Ph.D. Candidate Leo Falcon for his award of the 2019 Dissertation Fellowship from the Academy of American Franciscans. This fellowship, amounting to a stipend of $15,000, also carries with it the right of the awarding institution to preempt the publication of Mr. Falcon’s eventual dissertation.
