Hayley Serpa, a major player in FIU’s nationally-ranked #3 Model UN team, has gained further recognition by being selected as a delegate to the North American College All-Star Model UN team.  This honor is all the more remarkable given that this year’s competition was the first in-person UN conference event that Hayley had participated in!
